摘 要:对于工程机械优化数值仿真研究,工程机械对象岩石的宏细观参数确定是非常重要的。点荷载试验是一种简易快捷测定不规则岩石抗压强度的有效方法,利用点荷载试验准确确定工程现场岩石的物理力学参数非常重要。本文以矿山工程花岗岩为研究对象,在常温状态下开展一系列点荷载试验。基于三维扫描设备0.001mm量级精度的图像识别能力,精确确定破坏试样的加载两点距离和三维破坏面积。利用正态分布对试验结果的准确性进行检验,并探讨最小截面法、二维破坏面法和三维破坏面法确定点荷载强度的优劣。本文的研究结果为精确确定岩石点荷载强度提供了新的方法。For the numerical simulation research of construction machinery optimization,it is very important to determine the macro and mesoscopic parameters of the rock of construction machinery object.The point load test is an effective method to determine the compressive strength of irregular rock easily and quickly.It is very important to accurately determine the physical and mechanical parameters of the rock in the engineering site is very important by the point load test.In this paper,the mine engineering granite is taken as the research object,and a series of point load tests are carried out at room temperature.Based on the image recognition ability of the 3D scanning equipment with an accuracy of 0.001mm,the distance between the two loading points and the 3D failure area of the damaged sample can be accurately determined.The accuracy of the test results is tested by using the normal distribution.The advantages and disadvantages of minimum section method,two-dimensional failure surface method and three-dimensional failure surface method in determining point load strength are discussed,and the research results provide a new method for accurately determining the point load strength of rock.
