摘 要:针对典型机匣结构热试验仿真预示,提出了一种石英灯加热器仿真模型建模方法,对比了有无灯丝直丝对辐射热流分布的影响,建立了半圆柱壳加热器仿真模型。基于仿真结果,对灯丝交错深度、灯丝距试件表面高度对机匣结构温度响应的影响进行了评估。仿真分析结果表明:灯丝交错深度对温度均匀性的影响较为显著,灯丝交错深度为0时,机匣结构温度分布最为理想;灯丝与试件表面的距离对温度均匀性的影响较小。上述结论可对机匣结构热试验加热器设计提供参考。Aiming at pre-test thermal simulation for typical structure of aero-engine casing,a modeling method of quartz lamp heater is proposed.The influence of straight wire on heat flux distribution is studied,and the half-cylinder-shell simulation model for quartz lamp heater is established.Based on the simulation analysis,the influence of the inter-depth of filament and the distance between filament and test piece surface on the temperature response of aero-engine casing is evaluated.The result of simulation shows that the inter-depth of filament has significant influence on the temperature uniformity of aero-engine casing.When the inter-depth of the filament is 0,the temperature distribution is most ideal.At the same time,the influence of the distance between filament and test piece surface is less significant.The above conclusions can provide reference for the design of thermal test heater of aero-engine casing.
