摘 要:对外壳尺寸为Ф370mm×500mm、炉膛尺寸为Ф100mm×500mm的蠕变试验用高温加热炉炉膛内37.5mm长度范围的温度场进行了有限元模拟计算和热电偶实测验证,模拟结果表明,在试样标距长度1.5倍的长度范围内,高温加热炉在600℃、900℃、1200℃加热时,当系统达到稳态后,均热带温度很稳定,几乎没有波动,与预设值相差不大,并且与热电偶采集的温度相差不大。均热带长度大于试样标距长度,高温炉加热温度场的稳定性较好。The temperature field of 37.5mm length of high temperature furnace is simulated by finite element method and verified by thermocouple experiment for creep tests of furnace shell sizeФ370mm×500mm and furnace chamber sizeФ100mm×500mm.The simulation results show that,in the length range of 1.5 times of the gauge length of specimen,when the high temperature furnace is heated at 600℃,900℃,1200℃,when the system reaches the steady state,the temperature of stable heating region is very stable,with almost no fluctuation and little difference from the preset value,and the temperature is not much different from that of the measured value of thermocouple.The stability of heating temperature field in high temperature furnace is better when the length of homogenization zone is larger than the length of specimen gauge.
