摘 要:临界装置台架是支撑临界装置的重要部件,其强度直接影响临界装置在地震工况下的安全特性。本文利用ANSYS有限元软件对临界装置台架进行了建模与反应谱抗震分析,同时对临界装置台架地脚螺栓进行了强度校核和初步选型。研究结果表明,增加L形加强筋的方案可显著降低台架在地震工况下的最大变形量以及最大应力值,在0.3g的极限安全地震震动加速度峰值下,最大变形量为0.42mm,最大应力值为87.77MPa,地脚螺栓各方向受力均明显降低。地脚螺栓强度校核的结果表明,选用M24公称长度为800mm的地脚螺栓可满足临界装置台架安装固定要求。The critical facility bench is an important component of supporting the critical facility,and its strength directly affects the safety characteristics of the critical facility under seismic conditions.In this paper,the finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the model of the critical facility bench and conduct the seismic analysis of response spectrum.At the same time,the strength of the anchor bolt of the critical facility bench is checked and the preliminary selection is made.The results show that the L-shaped stiffeners can significantly reduce the maximum deformation and stress of the bench under seismic conditions.Under the peak seismic acceleration of 0.3g,the maximum deformation is 0.42mm and the maximum stress is 87.77MPa,and the stress of the anchor bolts in all directions is obviously reduced.The results of strength check of anchor bolts show that M24 anchor bolt with nominal length of 800mm can meet the requirements of critical facility.
