摘 要:随着油气田的不断开发,国内需要侧钻的老井数量越来越多,但由于技术起步较晚,连续管开窗、连续管定向钻井等工艺研究仍处于摸索阶段,配套的工具更是少之又少。在连续管钻井作业过程中,经常发生连续管钻具卡钻、断钻具、溢流、漏失等恶性事故,导致连续管钻井作业经济损失惨重,这成为制约连续管钻井技术推广的瓶颈。本文介绍了连续管钻井关键工具的研制及现场应用,分析了国内外连续管钻井工具的技术发展现状,总结了现场施工问题并提出了相关建议,所做研究可为现场服务及工具技术进步提供重要参考。With the continuous development of oil and gas fields,more and more old wells need to be sidetracked in China.However,due to the late starting of technology,the research on coiled tubing windowing and coiled tubing directional drilling is still in the exploratory stage,and the supporting tools are even less.In the process of coiled tubing drilling operation,the serious accidents such as coiled tubing drilling tool sticking,breaking the drilling tool,overflow,and leakage often occur,resulting in heavy economic losses in the coiled tubing drilling operation,which has become a technical bottleneck restricting the promotion of coiled tubing drilling technology.This paper introduces the development and field application of key tools for coiled tubing drilling,analyzes the technological development status of coiled tubing drilling tools at home and abroad,summarizes the problems of on-site construction and puts forward relevant suggestions.The research can provide a powerful reference for on-site service and tool technology progress.
