摘  要:【目的】山杏作为经济林、退耕还林和黑河流域生态防护林的主要树种,在国内海拔2000 m以下的山区、平原等地广为栽培。为了提升干旱半干旱区山杏栽培成活率,进行了山杏发芽试验。【方法】选用1年、2年的山杏种子,分别采用温水处理法和沙藏处理法进行山杏发芽试验。温水处理法在播种前分别对1年和2年的山杏种子用60℃温水进行浸泡处理,浸泡时间分别为12 h、24 h、48 h,不浸泡作为对照,共4各处理,处理后的种子于9月下旬至10月上旬播种;冷藏处理法是在播种前分别对1年、2年的山杏种子用40~50℃温水浸泡48 h后捞出,随后按种子与湿沙体积1∶3比例混合、种子与湿沙1∶5比例混合、不拌混沙3个处理进行试验,将处理好的种子进冻藏90~100 d后,于次年3月下旬至4月上旬播种。播种后每2 d调查1次发芽率。【结果】温水处理法将1年种子浸泡48 h发芽率最高,为88.25%;沙藏处理法将1年种子按种沙1∶5比例进行冷藏处理的发芽率最高为91%,且1年种子较2年种子发芽率高。【结论】选用当年种子,采用60℃温水浸泡48 h处理后进行秋播与拌沙种沙按1∶5比例冷藏处理后进行春播的发芽率均高,可以在适合山杏育苗的区域推广。【Objective】As the main cultivar of economic forest,returning farmland to forest and ecological protection forest in Heihe River Basin,apricot is widely cultivated in mountainous and plain areas with altitude below 2000 m.In order to improve the survival rate of apricot cultivation in arid and semi-arid areas,the germination test of apricot was carried out.【Methods】The 1-year and 2-year seeds of apricot were selected to carry out the germination test by warm water treatment and sand storage treatment.Before sowing,the 1-year and 2-year apricot seeds were soaked in warm water at 60℃for 12 h,24 h,48 h,respectively,without soaking as the control,a total of 4 treatments,the treated seeds were sown from late September to early October;The seeds of 1-year and 2-year apricot were soaked in 40~50℃warm water for 48 hours before sowing,and then the seeds were mixed with wet sand at a ratio of 1∶3,mixed with wet sand at a ratio of 1∶5,and not mixed with sand.The treated seeds were frozen and stored for 90~100 days,and sowed in late March to early April of the following year.The germination rate was investigated every two days after sowing.【Results】The germination rate of 1-year seeds soaked in warm water for 48 h was the highest,which was 88.25%.The germination rate of 1-year seeds treated with sand storage andmixed with wet sand at a ratio of 1∶5 was the highest,which was 91%.【Conclusion】The germination rate of spring sowing was the highest with the seeds with wet sand at a ratio of 1∶5 soaked in warm water at 60℃for 48 h,which could be popularized in the area suitable for apricot seedling raising.
