摘  要:提出一种数字全息定量测量液相扩散系数的方法.采用Mach-Zehnder干涉系统实时采集不同时刻溶液混合扩散时的数字全息图,通过数值重建算法得到相应的展开相位分布.将T_(1)和T_(2)时刻全息图恢复的展开相位分布相减得到展开相位差分布,从展开相位差分布中可得到浓度变化极值距离△Z_(m),将T_(1)、T_(2)、△Z_(m)代入求解方程即可得到扩散系数值.为验证所提方法有效性,分别测量了0.1mol/L蔗糖溶液、0.33mol/L氯化钾溶液与蒸馏水混合时的扩散系数值,平均测量值与参考值的相对误差绝对值分别为2.69%和3.096%.实验结果表明,利用数字全息技术可以准确和有效测量液相扩散系数.A method based on digital holography for quantitatively measuring the liquid diffusion coefficient is proposed.The digital holograms at different times were real-time recorded by Mach-Zehnder interferometric system when the solution was mixed and diffused,and the corresponding unwrapped phase distribution was obtained through the numerical reconstruction algorithm.The unwrapped phase difference distribution can be obtained by subtracting the unwrapped phase distributions recovered from the holograms at T_(1) and T_(2).From the unwrapped phase difference distribution,the concentration changes extremum distance △Z_(m) can be obtained.Then the diffusion coefficient value can be calculated by substituting T_(1),T_(2),and △Z_(m) into the solving equation.In order to verify the effectiveness of proposed method,the diffusion coefficient values of 0.1 mol/L sucrose solution,0.33 mol/L potassium chloride solution mixed with distilled water were measured respectively.The absolute values of the relative error between the average measurement value and the reference value were 2.69%and 3.096%,respectively.The experimental results show that digital holography can accurately and effectively measure the liquid diffusion coefficient.
