摘  要:为了检测花生种植土壤施用禽兽粪便有机肥是否受到铜、铬污染,建立微波消解原子吸收光谱法测定土壤样品中重金属Cu、Cr的含量.在微波消解过程中,探究了八种混酸体系,得到最佳混酸体系(3mL盐酸+6mL硝酸+2mL氢氟酸)以优化方法测定质控样品,结果表明该方法检出限为Cu0.007mg/kg、Cr0.01mg/kg,Cu和Cr在0-3mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998、0.9992,相对标准偏差分别为4.7%和3.9%.将建立的方法应用于花生种植土中铜、铬调查,能准确测定其含量.In order to detect whether the peanut growing soil was contaminated with Cu and Cr by application of livestock manure organic fertilizer,this paper establishes a microwave ablation atomic absorption spectrometry method to determine the content of heavy metals Cu and Cr in soil samples.In the process of microwave ablation,eight mixed acid systems were explored and the best mixed acid system(3 mL hydrochloric acid+6 mL nitric acid+2 mL hydrofluoric acid)was obtained.The results of the quality control samples determined by the optimized method showed that the detection limits of the method were 0.007 mg/kg for Cu and 0.01 mg/kg for Cr,with good linearity in the range of 0-3 mg/L for Cu and Cr with correlation coefficients of 0.9998 and 0.9992 and relative standard deviations of 4.7%and 3.9%,respectively.When the established method was applied to the investigation of Cu and Cr in peanut planting soil,its content could be accurately determined.
