摘  要:长期以来我国大部分铁路一直采用客货混跑的运输模式,但客货共线铁路运输机动性差,客货争能矛盾突出,客运产品品质不高。在有平行通道的条件下,客货分线对于释放货运通道能力,提高旅客列车开行品质都有积极意义。在分析石德线和石济客运专线运营现状、阐述客货分线运行组织特点、客货分线运输组织模式的基础上,提出石德线与石济客运专线客货分线的3种思路,即部分旅客列车调整、全部旅客列车调整和阶段性旅客列车调整,并针对客货分线后与石太线、德大线的衔接,胶济线车流、蒙西、晋北地区车流调整及丰台西、大同编组站分工变化等提出对策,对充分利用石德线、石济客运专线通过能力、优化客运产品结构及区域内货运增量提供了重要支撑。For a long time,most railways in China have adopted the mode of mixed passenger and freight transportation,but the mobility of mixed passenger and freight railway transportation is poor.The confict between passenger and freight transportation is prominent,and passenger transport products have low quality.Under parallel channels,passenger and freight separation is of positive significance to release the capacity of freight channels and improve the operation quality of passenger trains.This paper analyzed the operation status of Shijiazhuang-Dezhou line and Shijiazhuang-Jinan passenger dedicated line and expounded on the operation and organization characteristics,as well as the transportation organization modes of passenger and freight separation.In addition,the paper put forward three schemes for passenger and freight separation of Shijiazhuang-Dezhou line and Shijiazhuang-Jinan passenger dedicated line,namely,partial passenger train adjustment,comprehensive passenger train adjustment,and staged passenger train adjustment,and it provided countermeasures for connecting Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan line and Dezhou-Dajiawa line after passenger and freight separation,adjusting traffic flow in Qingdao-Jinan line,western Inner Mongolia,and northern Shanxi,and changing the division of labor in Fengtaixi and Datong Marshalling Stations.As a result,the paper provides important support for making full use of the carrying capacity of Shijiazhuang-Dezhou line and Shijiazhuang-Jinan passenger dedicated line and optimizing passenger transport product structures and regional freight increments.
