黑河口岸地区铁路枢纽方案研究

摘　　要：黑河口岸作为我国巩固沿边国防、联接俄罗斯及东北亚地区的桥头堡,地区铁路枢纽对加快构建黑龙江对俄铁路通道和区域铁路网,深化中俄资源能源合作,加快中蒙俄经济走廊、“一带一路”向北开放具有重要的战略意义。基于北黑铁路(龙镇至黑河段)升级改造工程,综合考虑黑河口岸地区中俄跨境铁路、韩呼黑铁路以及沿边铁路(黑乌段)规划预留及引入条件,结合黑河地区城市总体规划和铁路客货运量,分析研究黑河口岸地区铁路枢纽方案。通过技术经济比较和优缺点分析,并结合黑河市城市发展实际状况,建议黑河口岸铁路枢纽近期建设采用客内货外保留黑河站方案,远期建设采用客货运系统整体外迁方案。通过对车站平面布置型式优缺点分析,推荐新建黑河口岸枢纽车站采用横列式布置型式。Heihe port serves as a bridgehead for strengthening our border defense and connecting Russia with the Northeast Asia,The railway hub is of strategic significance to speed up the construction of Heilongjiang’s Railway Passage to Russia and regional railway network, deep China-Russia cooperation on resources and energy, speed up the opening of The economic corridor of China, Mongolia and Russia and the “Belt and Road” to the north. To Research on the scheme for railway hub of Heihe port area based on the upgrading of the Bei’an-Longzhen railway(Longzhen-Heihe section), taking into account the planning reservation and introduction conditions of the Cross-border railway between China and Russia, the Hanjiayuan-Huma-Heihe railway and the Border Railway(Heihe-Wuyiling section), combined with the passenger and freight volume in the Heihe area and the city master plan. And Based on the technical and economic comparison and analysis of advantages and disadvantages, and taking into account the actual situation of Heihe’s urban development, it is suggested that the railway hub of Heihe port area terminal should adopt the scheme of retaining the Heihe station and “Passenger transport inside and freight transport outside” in the near future, and adopt the overall relocation scheme of the passenger and freight transport system in the future.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the layout of of the new Heihe port hub station,the horizontal layout is recommended.
