特色野菜产业助力乡村振兴——以滦平县长山峪镇碾子沟村为例

摘　　要：要实现乡村振兴,农业产业振兴是根本。发展野菜产业是立足于承德本地的特有资源,定位于生物多样性保护研究及当前食品安全和绿色食品开发的热门领域,目标是解决承德山区农民增收,摸索乡村游与发展野菜产业推动农村一二三产业有机结合,共同促进乡村振兴的新形式。本文主要探讨发展野菜产业在乡村振兴中发挥的重要作用,并提出相关发展政策建议。To realize rural revitalization,it is fundamental to revitalize agricultural industry.The development of edible wild vegetable industry is based on the local unique resources of Chengde,which is positioned in the research of biodiversity protection and the development of food safety and organic food.The goal is to increase the income of farmers in Chengde mountain areas,to explore the new form of rural tourism and the development of wild vegetable industry and to drive the organic combination of the first,second and third industry in rural area to promote rural revitalization.This paper mainly discusses the important role of developing wild vegetable industry in rural revitalization,and puts forward relevant development policy suggestions.
