摘 要:针对平整机组生产过程中由于辊系参数控制技术落后导致的板形质量缺陷,本文在分析平整机组设备参数的基础上,确定了弯辊力和窜辊量为板形质量影响的主要辊系参数。通过对金属变形模型与辊系弹性变形模型耦合分析,建立了平整机组板形模型。并基于板形模型,分析了不同弯辊力和窜辊量对带钢板形值分布的影响。分析结果表明,窜辊量与弯辊力的增加有效的改善了带钢边部浪形。根据研究结果,开发了辊系参数控制技术,对比技术应用前后带钢板形值分布发现辊系参数控制技术有效的降低了板形缺陷。Aiming at the defects of flatness quality caused by the backward control technology of roll parameters in the production process of the levelling unit, this paper, based on the analysis of the equipment parameters of the levelling unit, determines that the bending force and the amount of roll shifting are the main parameters of the roll system that affect the quality of the profile. Through the coupling analysis of the metal deformation model and the elastic deformation model of the roll system, the flatness model of the leveling unit is established. And based on the shape model, the influence of different bending force and roll shifting amount on the distribution of strip shape value was analyzed. The analysis results show that the increase of roll shifting amount and roll bending force can effectively improve the edge wave shape of strip. According to the research results, a roll system parameter control technology is developed, and the shape value distribution of the strip before and after the application of the technology is compared, and it is found that the roll system parameter control technology can effectively reduce the shape defects.
