摘　　要：一种用于自动卸料的盘式卸料器。变频调速电机通过皮带传递动力给减速器,减速器上安装的销齿轮带动销齿盘,销齿盘和筒身相连接,筒身底部均布若干卸料齿板组成卸料盘,用以拨动烧结机蓖面上烧结矿达到卸料目的;通过调节变频器可控制盘式卸料器的转速实现卸料产量可调节。A disc-type unloader for automatic unloading. The frequency conversion speed regulation motor transmits power to the reducer through the belt, the pin gear installed on the reducer drives the pin tooth plate, the pin tooth plate is connected with the cylinder body, and a number of discharge tooth plates are evenly distributed at the bottom of the cylinder body to form the unloading plate. The feeding tray is used to move the sintered ore on the grate surface of the sintering machine to achieve the purpose of discharging;by adjusting the frequency converter, the speed of the disc discharger can be controlled to realize the adjustable discharge output.
