摘 要:解析了四辊破碎机辊子间隙调节装置的设计原理、主要功能。采用位移传感器-液压系统组合技术和伺服电动调整装置实现间隙自动调整,前者采用比例/伺服闭环自动控制技术,实现对辊辊缝设定和恒辊缝的自动控制,后者采用伺服电机带动调整装置顶杆动作,伺服电机能反馈调整装置的伸缩动作数据给中控系统端。该设备具有调节产品粒度和过载保护功能。结果减少人工作业率,提高破碎产品的合格率,减少设备维护成本。对类似设备的升级改造有重要的技术参考意义。辊子间隙自动调节装置能为四辊的使用提供节能、便利且富有科技感的使用效果。The design principle and main functions of the roller gap adjusting device of four roll crusher are analyzed. The combination technology of displacement sensor hydraulic system and servo electric adjustment device are used to realize the automatic adjustment of clearance. The former adopts proportional/servo closed-loop automatic control technology to realize the automatic control of roll gap setting and constant roll gap. The latter uses servo motor to drive the ejector rod action of the adjustment device, and the servo motor can feed back the telescopic action data of the adjustment device to the central control system. The equipment has the functions of adjusting product granularity and overload protection. Results the manual operation rate was reduced, the qualified rate of broken products was improved, and the equipment maintenance cost was reduced. It has important technical reference significance for the upgrading and transformation of similar equipment. The roller gap automatic adjustment device can provide energy-saving, convenient and scientific effect for the use of four rollers.
