摘　　要：以开卷机卷筒扇形板为研究对象,分析了扇形板的结构特点和加工难点,采取新的工艺方法,保证了扇形板的加工精度。扇形板呈较薄的弧形结构特点,加工工序长,加工工艺相对复杂,易变形,加工精度难以保证。采取增加工序,多次时效处理,优化冷加工装夹方式等工艺措施,防止加工过程变形,保证其加工精度,确保开卷机整体设备的质量达到设计要求。This paper takes the uncoiler drum sector plate as the research object, analyzes the structural characteristics and processing difficulties of the sector plate, and adopts a new process method to ensure the processing accuracy of the sector plate. The sector plate has the characteristics of thin arc structure, long processing procedure, relatively complex processing technology, easy deformation, and difficult to ensure the processing accuracy. The processing measures such as adding processes, multiple aging treatments, optimizing cold processing clamping methods and so on are taken to prevent deformation in the processing process, ensure its processing accuracy, and ensure that the quality of the whole uncoiler equipment meets the design requirements.
