摘 要:试验旨在研究黄芪多糖(APS)对海兰褐壳蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和肠道菌群结构的影响。选择健康60周龄的海兰褐壳蛋鸡480羽,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20羽蛋鸡。A组(对照组)蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,B组、C组、D组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、400 g/t黄芪多糖。试验期28 d。结果显示:C组蛋鸡的平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),B组、C组、D组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。C组的蛋壳重量、蛋白重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),B组、C组、D组鸡蛋哈夫单位均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。C组、D组蛋鸡盲肠大肠杆菌数量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),B组、C组蛋鸡盲肠乳酸杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),B组、C组、D组蛋鸡盲肠沙门氏菌数量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),C组蛋鸡盲肠双歧杆菌极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,黄芪多糖可以提高蛋鸡生产性能与蛋品质,调节肠道菌群结构,且适宜添加量为200 g/t。The experiment was to investigate the effect of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)on production performance,egg quality and intestinal microflora structure of Hyline brown laying hens.A total of 480 healthy Hyline brown laying hens aged about 60 weeks were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 20 laying hens in each replicate.Laying hens in group A(control group)were fed with a basal diet,and laying hens in group B,group C and group D were fed with basal diet supplemented with 100,200 and 400 g/t APS,respectively.The experiment lasted for28 d.The results showed that the average daily feed intake of laying hens in group C was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the laying rate of laying hens in group B,group C and group D was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and feed to egg ratio in group C was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The eggshell weight of group C was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the protein weight of group C was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the egg Haugh unit in group B,group C and group D was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The cecal E.coli number of laying hens in group C and group D was extremely lower than that in control group(P<0.01),the cecal Lactobacillus number of laying hens in group B and group C was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the cecal Salmonella number of laying hens in group B,group C and group D was extremely lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The bifidobacteria of cecum in group C was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that APS can improve the performance and egg quality of laying hens,and regulate the structure of intestinal flora,and the appropriate supplemental level is 200 g/t.
