摘  要:研究旨在使用响应面优化辣木叶皂苷的提取工艺。试验以辣木叶为材料,研究乙醇浓度、液料比、超声温度和超声时间对辣木叶皂苷提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Benhnken中心组合方法优化辣木叶皂苷超声波提取工艺,应用响应面分析法得出提取辣木叶皂苷最优的工艺条件。结果显示,超声提取辣木叶皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%、液料比50 mL/g、超声温度50℃、超声时间55 min,在此条件下辣木叶皂苷提取率为8.18%。研究表明,试验确定的最佳提取条件可为辣木叶皂苷资源的开发利用提供参考。The study was to optimize the extraction process of saponins from Moringa oleifera leaves using response surface.The effect of ethanol concentration,liquid to solid ratio,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on extraction of saponins from Moringa oleifera leaves were studied.On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-Benhnken central combination method was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of saponins from Moringa oleifonica leaves,and response surface analysis was used to obtain the optimal extraction conditions.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:Ethanol concentration 80%,liquid to solid ratio 50 mL/g,ultrasonic temperature50℃,ultrasonic time 55 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of saponin from Moringa oleifera leaf was8.18%.The study indicates that the optimum extraction conditions can provide reference for the development of saponins from Moringa oleifera leaves.
