摘　　要：微生态制剂作为一种高效、绿色的饲料添加剂,具有调节动物肠道菌群、提高机体免疫力和促进生产等作用。与单胃动物相比,奶牛的消化系统结构特殊,瘤胃菌群种类复杂。微生态制剂中的益生菌、益生元进入瘤胃能否在瘤胃中成功定植和发挥作用是影响奶牛生产性能的关键。文章综述微生态制剂的作用机制,论述微生态制剂在奶牛养殖中的研究现状,以期为微生态制剂在奶牛养殖生产中合理应用提供参考。As an efficient and green feed additive,microecologics can regulate the homeostasis of animal intestinal flora,improve animal immunity and promote productivity.Compared to animals with one stomach,dairy cows have special structure of digestive system and complex types and quantities of rumen microflora.Whether the probiotics and prebiotics in microecological preparation can successfully colonize and play a role in the rumen is the key to affect the production performance of dairy cows.The paper reviews the mechanism of action of microecologics and discusses the current research status of microecologics in dairy cow breeding,to provide reference for rational and efficient application of microecologics in dairy cow breeding production.
