摘  要:核电站仪控系统的智能化、智慧化发展为核电站维修维护数字化转型提供了数据保障和信息基础。核电站数字化维护依赖于设备的全寿命数据信息。现场设备层的总线型智能化设备可以提供丰富的工艺数据和状态信息。FF-H1具有本安、总线供电、令牌机制、去中心化控制和边缘运算的特征,是1种安全性高、智能化程度高、实时性强的现场总线。提出1种基于FF-H1协议的核电站现场总线控制系统设计方案。该方案使用FF-H1控制器实现基金会现场总线(FF)系统与已用核电站控制系统相兼容,不需要更改原控制系统的架构设计,以软件和通用控制器件实现FF-H1协议栈功能,摆脱了对国外厂商专用协议栈芯片的依赖;自主设计图形化FF系统组态工具软件,满足自主可控要求。通过实物测试,验证了该方案的有效性。The intelligent and wise development of nuclear power plant instrumentation and control system provides data guarantee and information basis for the digital transformation of nuclear power plant repair and maintenance. The digital maintenance of nuclear power plants relies on the whole-life data information of the equipment. The bus-type intelligent devices at the field device layer can provide rich process data and status information. FF-H1 has the features of intrinsic safety, bus power supply, token mechanism, decentralized control and edge computing, and is a fieldbus with high security, high intelligence and high real-time performance. A fieldbus control system design scheme for nuclear power plants based on FF-H1 protocol is proposed. The scheme uses FF-H1 controller to realize the compatibility of fieldbus foundation(FF) system with the used nuclear power plant control system without changing the architecture design of the original control system, realizes the function of FF-H1 protocol stack with software and common control devices, gets rid of the dependence on the special protocol stack chip of foreign manufacturers;designs the graphical FF system configuration tool software independently, and meets the requirements of independent controllability. The effectiveness of the scheme is verified through physical testing.
