摘　　要：为实现虚拟电厂(VPP)对不同权属的分布式电源(DER)的有效监控,需要解决监控系统的互联互通和通信安全问题。基于IEC 61850标准,研究了DER监控终端的信息模型和通信映射方法。以DER监控的信息交互需求和功能为基础,基于IEC 61850-7-420标准定义的逻辑节点建立了DER监控终端信息模型。针对DER监控系统应用通信架构服务需求,基于可拓展通信和表示协议(XMPP)通信映射机制实现了DER监控终端的信息模型和数据的规范传输。XMPP内置的传输层安全(TLS)协议和简单的身份验证安全层(SASL)协议通过通道安全加密、认证机制、数据完整性和保密安全服务保证信息传输的安全。搭建试验平台,以测试XMPP映射的传输性能。测试结果表明,XMPP的实时性可满足DER监控系统的安全通信要求。To achieve effective monitoring of distributed energy resources(DER) with different ownership in virtual power plant(VPP), the interconnection and communication security of monitoring systems need to be addressed. Based on the IEC 61850 standard, the information model and communication mapping method of DER monitoring terminals are studied. Based on the information interaction requirements and functions of DER monitoring, the information model of DER monitoring terminals is established based on the logical nodes defined in the IEC 61850-7-420 standard. The information model and the standardized data transmission of DER monitoring terminals are realized based on the extensible message and precence protocol(XMPP) communication mapping mechanism for the application communication architecture service requirements of DER monitoring systems. XMPP’s built-in transport layer security(TLS) protoul and simple authentication security layer(SASL) protocol ensure the security of information transmission through chammel security entryption, authentication mechanison, data integrity and confidential security services.A testbed is built to test the transmission performance of the XMPP mapping, and the test results showed that the real-time performance of XMPP can meet the secure communication requirements of DER monitoring systems.
