摘  要:降尘量测定目前完全依赖手工测量,存在工作量大、效率低等诸多弊端。为满足当今环境精细化的管理要求,设计了1套降尘量自动监测系统。设计了基于重量法原理的自动降尘监测仪,并通过对仪器、网络及信息平台的有机结合,形成了整体系统方案。此系统构建了降尘监测数据采集、分析及管理的一体化平台,实现了降尘量的在线自动监测。对监测系统的整体架构和功能进行了设计,阐述了降尘监测仪的原理及其嵌入式系统动作逻辑,介绍了信息平台的技术框架和功能,解析了平台与仪器通信数据包结构。初步试点应用表明,系统实现了降尘量的低时间分辨率全自动监测。该设计为目前降尘量监测监管提供了全新方案,为推动降尘自动监测技术发展和标准制定奠定了基础。The measurement of dust fall currently relies entirely on manual measurement, which have many drawbacks such as large workload and low efficiency. To meet the requirements of today’s refined environmental management, an automatic dust fall monitoring system is designed. An automatic dust full monitoring instrument based on the principle of weight method is designed, and the overall system solution is formed through the organic combination of instrument, network and information platform. This system builds an integrated platform for dust fall monitoring data collection, analysis and management, and realizes the online automatic monitoring of dust fall amount. The overall architecture and functions of the monitoring system are designed, the principle of the dust fall monitor and its embedded system action logic are described, the technical framework and functions of the information platform are introduced, and the structure of the communication packet between the platform and the instrument is analyzed. The preliminary pilot application shows that the system achieves fully automatic monitoring of dust fall amount with low temporal resolution. The design provides a brand new solution for the current dust fall monitoring and supervision, and lays the foundation for promoting the development of dust fall automatic monitoring technology and standard setting.
