摘　　要：对印制板生产中电镀槽加热装置引发的安全隐患进行分析并提出新的技术改进方案,提高设备使用的安全性,为同行对PCB电镀设备安全管理和技术研究提供借鉴。This article introduces the hidden safety hazards triggered by the heating device of PCB electroplating batch in detail and puts forward technical improvements to enhance the safety in the use of equipment, so as to provide reference for the safety management and technical research of electroplating equipment.
