摘 要:临氢材料的氢脆问题在高压储氢中较为常见,可通过慢应变速率拉伸试验来评价材料对高压氢环境的敏感性,但在试验之前需将试样静置于所需氢环境以实现氢渗透,使得试样中达到饱和均匀氢浓度。其渗氢时间由具体渗氢条件决定,随试样尺寸、渗氢压力、渗氢温度等因素变化而变化。目前还没有标准规范对于临氢材料SSRT试验的必要氢渗透时间做出明确规定,相应的渗氢条件也较为苛刻。所以针对316L及4130X两种临氢材料,采用数值模拟的方法来研究高压氢环境下光滑圆棒拉伸试样在渗氢过程中的氢扩散行为,分析了渗氢时间的影响因素,为氢脆评价用SSRT试样的浸泡时间提供了参考。The hydrogen embrittlement occurred in the materials under hydrogen condition is commonly encountered in high-pressure hydrogen storage.The sensitivity of materials to high-pressure hydrogen condition can be evaluated by slow strain rate tensile test.However,before the test,the sample is needed to place in the required hydrogen environment to achieve hydrogen penetration so as to achieve saturated and uniform hydrogen concentration in the sample.Hydrogen permeation time is determined by the specific test conditions and varies with the sample size,hydrogen permeation pressure,hydrogen permeation temperature and other factors.At present,there is no standard specification to specify the necessary hydrogen permeation time for hydrogen SSRT test,and the corresponding hydrogen permeation conditions are relatively harsh.Therefore,in this paper,for 316L and 4130X,the hydrogen diffusion behavior of smooth round rod tensile samples in the process of hydrogen permeation under high-pressure hydrogen condition was studied by using numerical simulation,and the influencing factors of hydrogen permeation time were analyzed,which provides a reference for the soaking time of SSRT samples for hydrogen embrittlement evaluation.
