摘 要:调研了国内目前已投产大型LNG全容储罐服役期珍珠岩补填充情况,并分析了沉降原因。对于200~300km^(3)超大型LNG储罐,开车冷却、服役期储罐壁珍珠岩保冷层更容易沉降,以国内已完工的某220km^(3)LNG储罐为例,分析了珍珠岩填充量设计要求,并示例计算了建设期储罐珍珠岩需超填和预留库存量。对于200km^(3)以上容积储罐,提出了加密珍珠岩填充孔、采用储罐预冷后投产前立即珍珠岩补填新工艺、设置珍珠岩沉降监测光纤系统、建设期外罐内侧上部喷PUF保冷层优化设计措施,以提高储罐整体保冷效果,可供国内超大型LNG储罐设计建造参考。The conditions of refilling perlite for large LNG storage tanks worked with full capacity currently at home were investigated,and the causes of perlite sedimentation were analyzed.In 200~300 thousands m^(3)tanks in service,the sedimentation of perlite for insulation is more easily occurred.In this article,exampled with one 200 thousand m^(3)LNG storage tank completed in manufacture at home,the required refilling volume of perlite was analyzed,and extra filling volume and reserved volume were calculated.With respect to the tanks above 200 thousand m^(3),to enhance integral insulation effect,some optimum measures in design were proposed,including increase of perlite filling holes,supplementally filling perlite after pre-cooling and before putting into application,use of perlite sedimentation monitoring optical fiber system,and spraying PUF insulation layer at the upper part of inside surface of outer vessel,which may be referenced for design and manufacture of ultra large LNG storage tank at home.
