水煤浆气化装置耐磨泵选材分析

摘　　要：水煤浆气化装置输送含煤渣和灰渣的耐磨泵所用材料要求较高。通过对几种常用耐磨材料对比分析,研究耐磨蚀和耐腐蚀特性,结合工艺、工况特点综合进行研究。设备失效的主要形式是磨蚀,腐蚀的存在加剧了材料的损失,表现为泵部件损失和破坏,使泵的连续运转周期大大降低。选取具备耐磨蚀和耐腐蚀兼顾的材料,可以提高装置的稳定性和设备使用寿命。The materials used for wear-resistant pump in water slurry gasification unit,by which coal slag and ash are transported,are required quite stringently.With the comparison several commonly used wear-resistant materials from the aspects of fabrication properties and working condition in application,their performances in wear resistance and anticorrosion were studied by comprehensive analysis.It was concluded that the crucial cause for the failure of the equipment is wear occurred in material,however,the corrosion exacerbate it due to lose of material,from which the parts in the pump may be damaged and ruptured so as to reduce the life of the pump greatly.Thus,to select appropriate materials with wear-resistant and anticorrosion characteristics is crucial for enhancing the stability in operation and the life of the equipment.
