摘　　要：近年来,受新冠疫情冲击和全球经济复苏乏力影响,我国经济下行压力持续加大,实体经济发展遇到前所未有的困难,迫切需要不断创新财政扶持方式,发挥财政资金“四两拨千斤”的作用,撬动更多资本、资源“脱虚向实”,助力企业纾困解难,激发实体经济活力,稳住经济发展基本盘。为此,临沂财政积极探索,担当作为,放大“财政资金杠杆”作用,激发实体经济发展活力和动力,为经济高质量发展贡献财政力量。In recent years,due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and the sluggish global economic recovery,plus the uncertainties of the"Russia Ukraine"conflict,the downward pressure on the economy has continued to increase,and the development of the real economy has encountered unprecedented difficulties.There is an urgent need to constantly innovate the way of financial support,give play to the role of financial funds,leverage more capital and resources to"get rid of weakness and turn to reality",help enterprises to relieve difficulties,stimulate the vitality of the real economy,and stabilize the basic development of the economy.To this end,Linyi Finance actively explored,enlarged the role of"financial capital leverage",stimulated the vitality and power of real economy development,and contributed financial power to high-quality economic development.
