摘　　要：支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是早产儿常见的慢性肺部疾病。在儿童期,BPD患儿更容易出现反复下呼吸道感染、喘息、心血管疾病、体格发育迟缓和神经发育迟缓等问题,给患儿、家庭及社会带来沉重负担。为进一步规范BPD患儿在婴儿期、儿童期以及青春期的管理,中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组与中华医学会儿科学分会新生儿学组联合,参考欧洲呼吸学会,澳大利亚、新西兰以及美国胸科学会发布的BPD患儿在新生儿期后的管理建议和国内外相关文献,并结合临床实践经验,制定了《支气管肺发育不良的儿童期管理专家共识》。本共识主要内容包括BPD的定义、病理生理学、近远期预后、儿童期BPD的识别、鉴别诊断、常见感染、治疗、监测评估及多学科随访管理等方面。Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)is a common chronic lung disease in preterm infants.Throughout childhood,children with BPD are more prone to recurrent lower respiratory tract infections,wheezing,cardiovascular disease,physical and neurodevelopmental retardation,which brings a heavy burden to children,families and society.In order to further standardize the management of infants,children,and adolescents with BPD,the Subspecialty Group of Respiratory and Neonatology,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association joined forces to develop this expert consensus,referred to the management recommendations for the post-neonatal BPD children of the European Respiratory Society,the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and the American Thoracic Society and other relevant literature,combined with clinical practice.The major contents of this consensus include the definition of BPD,pathophysiology,short-term and long-term prognosis,identification of BPD in childhood,differential diagnosis,common infections,treatment,monitoring and evaluation and multidisciplinary follow-up management.
