摘　　要：本文考证了天津直隶总督署建筑的近代发展演变历程。在此基础上参照南京两江总督署建筑,在组群布局与单体建筑两个层面,分析了我国传统衙署建筑的近代转型特征。并从社会环境、功能需求以及结构材料三个方面,解析其发展转型的综合动因。This paper researches the modern development and evolution course of Zhili governor-general’ s office in Tianjin,and interprets the modern transformation process from government office in feudal China to modern administration building in my country. On this basis, referring to the buildings of Liangjiang governor-general’ s office in Nanjing, this paper analyzes the modern transformation characteristics of government office in feudal China at the two levels of building layout and architectural feature. And from the perspective of social environment, functional requirement, building structure and material,this paper analyses the comprehensive motivation for its development and transformation.
