摘 要:中国南瓜是葫芦科设施蔬菜嫁接生产中的重要砧木,建立中国南瓜砧木萌发期耐盐性鉴定评价体系,对筛选中国南瓜耐盐砧木种质亲本资源、提高黄瓜等设施瓜菜的抗逆性和产量有重要意义。首先确定了中国南瓜萌发期耐盐性最适评价条件为120 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl,并以65份不同遗传背景的中国南瓜高代自交系种质资源为试验材料,分别测定萌发率、发芽指数、发芽势、初生根长度和下胚轴长度等生长指标,利用相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数分析等方法对中国南瓜种质耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,各生长指标的胁迫耐受系数存在广泛变异,多个生长指标经主成分分析降维至3个综合因子,累计方差贡献率达到87.05%。通过隶属函数分析将65份种质的耐盐性分为4类,并从中筛选出德丰C05、砧木4-2等7份种质作为耐盐砧木的亲本材料。研究结果可为中国南瓜优质抗逆砧木品种选育提供理论依据。Pumpkin(Cucurbita moschata Duch.)is an important rootstock resource in Cucurbitaceae. Establishing an evaluation system of salt tolerance during seed germination can improve the stress resistance and yield of cultivations. In this study, five different concentrations of NaCl were used to evaluate the effect on the growth of seeds during germination and the most appropriate concentration was determined as 120 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl. Five indices of morphological traits including germination ratio, germination index, germination tendency, primary root length, and hypocotyl length were measured in 65 inbreds deviated from different rootstocks in normal conditions and in 120 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl treatments. Correlation analysis, principal component analysis and membership functions analysis were combined in the comprehensive evaluation method. A wide variation of morphological indices was reflected among the germplasms. According to principal component analysis, the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first three principal components reached 87.05%. According to the membership function analysis, all the 65 inbred lines were divided into 4 groups and reflected different salt tolerance. Seven of these inbred lines displaying strong salt tolerance including Defeng C05 and Zhenmu 4-2 as the candidate parental lines for rootstock breeding. This study provided a basis theory for cultivar breeding in screening salt tolerance rootstocks in pumpkin.
