摘　　要：市场采购贸易方式是为“多品种、多批次、小批量”专业市场商品出口量身定制的外贸新方式。2018年9月,国家发展改革委、商务部、海关总署等七部委正式批准四川省成都市金牛区成都国际商贸城为西部首个“国家市场采购贸易方式试点”。随着中国(四川)自由贸易试验区建设深入推进,金牛区将进一步做强“市采”平台、提升承载能力,强化区域合作、扩大外溢效应,构建“一带一路”商品集散中心,以“市采”试点助力提升城市外贸能级,为全省外贸发展贡献更多力量。The mode of marketprocurement trade is a new way of foreign trade tailored for the export of“various categories,multiple batches and small quantities”of professional market commodities.In September 2018,seven ministries and commissions,including the National Developmentand Reform Commission,the Ministry of Commerce andthe General Administration of Customs,of ficiallyapproved Chengdu International Trade City in Jinniu District,Chengdu,Sichuan Province,as the first“national pilot area of marketprocurement trade”inwestern China.
