摘　　要：目的探讨骑马射箭体位应用于双镜联合一期治疗复杂性肾结石的效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月本院收治的行双镜联合一期治疗的复杂性肾结石患者130例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各65例。对照组术中取截石位后侧卧位,观察组取骑马射箭体位,比较两组的术中、术后出血量与生命体征变化情况、体位放置时间、手术时间与住院时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组的术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的体位放置时间、手术时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骑马射箭体位应用于双镜联合一期治疗复杂性肾结石患者,可有效减少术中出血量,缩短体位放置时间,减少并发症发生,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of horseback archery posture applied to double mirrors combined with one-stage treatment of complex kidney stones.Methods A total of 130 patients with complicated renal calculi who underwent dual-scopy combined with one-stage treatment of complex kidney stones who were admitted from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 65 cases in each group.The control group took the lithotomy position and lateral decubitus position,and the observation group took the horseback archery position.The blood loss and vital signs changes,position placement time,operation time and hospital stay,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the posture placement time and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The horse-riding archery position used in the dual mirror combined with one-stage treatment of patients with complicated kidney stones can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the position of placement time,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote early discharge of patients from the hospital.
