摘  要:目的评价99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像(Gates′分析法)、简化MDRD及CKD-EPI公式测量的肾小球滤过率(GFR)对正常人群肾功能的诊断效能。方法收集2011年9月至2018年10月在本院行术前肾动态显像的117例健康肾移植供体为研究对象,分别用Gates′分析法(采用Tønnesen公式)、简化MDRD及CKD-EPI公式计算肾GFR,以CT测量肾脏深度计算的GFR为参考方法,比较各种方法计算的GFR诊断肾功能的准确性。结果简化MDRD公式计算的GFR高于CT测量(P<0.01);Tønnesen公式计算的GFR低于CT测量(P<0.01);CKD-EPI公式计算的GFR与CT测量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CKD-EPI公式可以代替CT测量计算GFR,适合正常人群的肾功能筛查。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of 99mTc DTPA renal dynamic imaging(Gates′analysis),simplified equation of MDRD and CKD-EPI formulas for measuring glomerular filtration rate(GFR)in normal population with renal function.Methods A total of 117 healthy kidney transplant donors who underwent preoperative renal dynamic imaging in our hospital from September 2011 to October 2018 were collected as research objects,and GFR was calculated by Gates′analysis method,simplified equation of MDRD and CKD-EPI formulas,respectively.The GFR calculated by CT was used as the gold standard,and the accuracy of GFR calculated by various methods was compared.Results The GFR calculated by the simplified equation of MDRD formula was higher than the CT measurement(P<0.01).The GFR calculated by the Tønnesen formula was lower than the CT measurement(P<0.01);There was no significant difference between the GFR calculated by the CKD-EPI formula and the CT measurement(P>0.05).Conclusions The calculation of GFR by the CKD-EPI formula can replace CT measurement and is suitable for renal function screening in normal people.
