摘　　要：在现阶段的火电厂中,压力容器的应用十分广泛。异种钢在火电厂管道中的使用,随着机组容量的增加而更加广泛;随着异种钢的使用规模增加,人们对于焊接工艺提出了更为严苛的要求。文章首先分析了异种钢焊接接头的特点,其次探讨了无损检测技术,然后研究了异种钢焊接中的注意事项和异种钢焊接接头的无损检测方法,最后就异种钢焊接缺陷控制措施进行研究,以供参考。In the current thermal power plants,pressure vessels are widely used.The use of dissimilar steel in the pipeline of thermal power plants has become more extensive with the increase of unit capacity;As the use scope of dissimilar steels increases,more stringent requirements are proposed for the welding process.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of dissimilar steel welded joints,then discusses non-destructive testing technology,subsequently studies the precautions in dissimilar steel welding and the non-destructive testing methods of dissimilar steel welded joints,and finally studies the control measures of dissimilar steel welding defects for reference.
