摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产术后新生儿父亲对袋鼠式护理的认知程度、参与意愿及影响因素,为父亲袋鼠式护理实施、发展提供参考。方法选取2021年10月至2022年3月深圳市南山区妇幼保健院224名剖宫产术后新生儿父亲进行袋鼠式护理意愿调查。结果共发放224份调查表,回收率为100%,其中有82名听说过袋鼠式护理,136名从未听说过。202名新生儿父亲认为医院有必要开展袋鼠式护理,并愿意参与,但存在一些顾虑,其中以新生儿安全问题为主要顾虑。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄低、听说过袋鼠式护理的新生儿父亲更愿意参与(P<0.05)。结论新生儿父亲对袋鼠式护理了解程度较低,大部分愿意实施,但存在一些顾虑。医院需加大宣传力度,完善各项制度、人员及设施建设,以提升新生儿父亲参与意愿。Objective To analyze the cognitive level,participation willingness and influencing factors of neonatal father’s on kangaroo mother care after cesarean section,so as to provide reference for the implementation and development of father’s kangaroo mother care.Methods From October 2021 to March 2022,244 neonatal fathers after cesarean section in Shenzhen Nanshan Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital were selected to investigate the willingness of kangaroo mother care.Results A total of 224 questionnaires were issued with a recovery rate of 100%,of which 82 had heard of kangaroo mother care,136 unheard.A total of 202 neonatal fathers believed that kangaroo mother care was necessary in hospitals and were willing to participate,but there were some concerns,neonatal safety as the main concern.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that neonatal fathers who were younger and had heard of kangaroo mother care were more willing to participate(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal fathers have a low understanding of kangaroo mother care,and most of them are willing to implement kangaroo mother care,but there are some concerns.The hospitals need to strengthen the publicity and improve the construction of various systems,personnel and facilities to enhance the willingness of newborn fathers to participate.
