摘　　要：目的分析血常规联合降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)在儿童细菌性感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法选取2020年7月至2022年6月崇州市妇幼保健院收治的102例细菌性感染性疾病患儿作为观察组,同时期的102例健康体检儿童作为对照组。两组患儿均行血常规[白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(GRA)]、PCT、CRP检测。比较两组WBC、GRA、PCT、CRP水平,及观察组中单一指标检测阳性率和联合检测阳性率的差异。结果观察组WBC、GRA、PCT、CRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中联合检测阳性率高于单独WBC、GRA、PCT、CRP检测(P<0.05)。结论WBC、GRA、PCT、CRP联合检测在儿童细菌性感染性疾病中的诊断价值高,可在基层推广应用。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of blood routine test combined with procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)test in bacterial infectious diseases in children.Methods A total of 102 children with bacterial infectious diseases were enrolled as observation group from Chongzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022,and 102 healthy children were enrolled as control group during the same period.Both groups received blood routine test(including white blood cell count[WBC],neutrophilic granulocyte percentage[GRA]),PCT and CRP test.The differences of WBC,GRA,PCT and CRP levels between the two groups were compared.The positive rate of either WBC,GRA,PCT and CRP or the combination of the four indicators was compared in the observation group.Results The levels of WBC,GRA,PCT and CRP of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of combination of WBC,GRA,PCT and CRP was higher than that of WBC,GRA,PCT and CRP alone in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination detection of WBC,GRA,PCT and CRP has high diagnostic value in bacterial infectious diseases in children,which deserves popularization and application in grassroots settings.
