摘　　要：目的探讨彩超引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的临床效果。方法选取2020年12月至2022年6月日照市中医医院小儿外科收治的90例肠套叠患儿作为研究对象,均在超声引导下使用一次性肠套叠灌肠复位包水压灌肠整复,观察此治疗方法的复位成功率、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果90例肠套叠患儿经水压灌肠整复成功87例,复位失败3例,无肠穿孔发生,复位成功患儿48 h内复发3例,再次灌肠均成功。结论彩超引导下使用一次性肠套叠灌肠复位包水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠操作简便,无辐射,复位成功率高,复发率低,避免了交叉感染,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hydraulic enema under the color ultrasound-guided in the treatment of infantile intussusception.Methods A total of 90 children with intussusception treated in Department of Pediatric Surgery of Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research object,all the children were given hydraulic enema using disposable intussusception enema reduction kit under the color ultrasound-guided.The successful rate of reduction,the recurrence rate and adverse reactions of this treatment method were observed.Results Of the 90 children with intussusception,87 cases were successfully reset by hydraulic enema,3 cases failed to reset,and no intestinal perforation occurred.3 cases recurred within 48 hours of successful reduction,and were successfully reset by enema again.Conclusion Color ultrasound-guided hydraulic enema using disposable intussusception enema reduction kit in the treatment of infantile intussusception has advantages of simple operation,no radiation,high successful rate of reduction,low recurrence rate,and avoids cross infection.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
