补肾活血汤对轻中度宫腔粘连宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后患者子宫内膜厚度、纤维化因子及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨轻中度宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术(TCRA)后采用补肾活血汤治疗价值。方法选取深圳市龙华区人民医院2021年5月至2022年6月收治的200例轻中度宫腔粘连患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用TCRA治疗,观察组在TCRA术后增加补肾活血汤治疗,观察患者子宫内膜厚度、纤维化生长因子水平和生活质量变化。结果治疗后,观察组的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,转化生长因子-β1、结缔组织生长因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论轻中度宫腔粘连患者TCRA术后行补肾活血汤治疗能提高临床效果,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of Bushen Huoxue Decoction for patients with mild to moderate intrauterine adhesions after trans-cervical resection of adhesions(TCRA).Methods A total of 200 patients with mild to moderate intrauterine adhesions admitted to People’s Hospital of Longhua District in Shenzhen City from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCRA,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction after TCRA.The changes of endometrial thickness,fibrotic growth factor levels and quality of life were observed.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of transforming growth factor-β1 and connective tissue growth factor were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction can improve the clinical effect and quality of life in patients with mild to moderate intrauterine adhesions after TCRA.
