摘　　要：目的研究虚拟现实技术在门诊小儿烧烫伤伤口换药疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月哈尔滨工业大学附属黑龙江省医院门诊部伤口造口治疗中心收治的94例烧烫伤患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。两组均接受疼痛管理,观察组在疼痛管理基础上加入虚拟现实技术。比较两组的疼痛等级、依从性、换药时长及满意度。结果干预后,观察组疼痛率、伤口换药时长低于对照组,依从性评分、总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术在小儿烧烫伤伤口换药疼痛管理中,能达到较理想的干预效果,能降低换药疼痛度,提升依从性及家属满意度,可在临床推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of virtual reality technology in pain management of dressing change in outpatient burns and scald wounds in children.Methods A total of 94 children with burn and scald wounds who were admitted to the Out patient Wound and Ostomy Treatment Cent er of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Institute of Technology from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.Both groups received pain management,and the observation group received virtual reality technology in addition to pain management.The pain grade,compliance,dressing change time and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the pain rate and wound dressing change time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the compliance score and total satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual reality technology can achieve ideal intervention effect in the management of dressing change pain of children’s burn and scald wounds,reduce dressing change pain,improve compliance and relatives’satisfaction,and can be popularized in clinical application.
