临床健康教育路径在短波紫外线照射治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析临床健康教育路径在接受短波紫外线照射治疗的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年9月济宁市任城区妇幼保健院收治的60例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均接受短波紫外线照射治疗,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用临床健康教育路径。对比两组的住院时间、住院费用、患儿家属健康知识的了解程度以及护理满意度。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,患儿家属的健康知识了解程度高于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床健康教育路径在短波紫外线照射治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎过程中具有较好的临床意义。Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical health education path in the treatment of children with herpetic angina by short-wave ultraviolet radiation.Methods A total of 60 children with herpetic angina were enrolled from Jining Rencheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to September 2021.All children received short-wave ultraviolet radiation treatment.Enrolled cases were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing service,while the observation group received clinical health education path besides routine nursing service.Length of hospital stay,hospital expenditure,awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction rate on nursing service of family members were compared.Results In the observation group,the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the hospital expenditure was lower than that in the control group,the awareness of health knowledge was better than that in the control group,the total satisfaction rate on nursing service was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical health education path is of great benefit in the treatment of children with herpetic angina by short-wave ultraviolet radiation.
