摘 要:某黄金冶炼公司含硫金精矿浸出设备采用气力搅拌浸出槽,在应用过程中容易发生“沉槽”现象,沉槽后矿浆在浸出槽内的搅拌强度降低、循环恶化,导致浸出效果较差。针对以上问题,该黄金冶炼公司采用长轴机械搅拌对浸出槽进行了改造,改造后,矿浆沉槽现象得到了解决,金浸出率得到提升。The leaching equipment of sulfur-containing gold concentrate in a gold smelting company adopts a pneumatic stirring leaching tank, which is prone to "sink" phenomenon in the application process. After the sink, the pulp circulates and deteriorates in the leaching tank, resulting in poor leaching effect. In view of the above problems, the gold smelting company used long shaft mechanical stirring to transform the leaching tank. After the transformation, the phenomenon of pulp settling tank has been solved and the gold leaching rate has been improved.
