摘  要:作者根据自身经验,对炉渣选矿过程缓冷、碎磨、浮选、精尾矿脱水等环节的工艺及设备进行了讨论,总结了炉渣中Fe/Si、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、Zn等元素对缓冷的影响,提出了炉渣运输采用轨道运输+龙门吊相结合的建议,分析了缓冷过程发生放炮的原因,对几种碎磨流程进行了对比,特别提出高压辊碎磨在炉渣破磨上的可行性,在浮选流程上提出了使用充气器对现有充气式机械搅拌浮选槽改造的想法,阐述了当前部分选厂取消中矿再磨流程的实际情况及部分选厂应对精矿浓密机溢流泡沫过大的措施。Based on the author’s own experience,The process and equipment of slow cooling, grinding, flotation and dewatering of fine tailings in slag beneficiation process are discussed,The influence of Elements such as Fe/Si, CaO, MgO,Al2O3and Zn in slag on slow cooling is summarized.It is suggested to combine rail transportation with gantry crane for slag transportation.The reason of shooting in slow cooling process,The reason of blasting in the slow cooling process was analyzed,several grinding processes were compared, and the feasibility of high-pressure roller grinding in slag grinding was especially proposed. The idea of using inflator to transform the existing inflatable mechanical mixing flotation tank was put forward in the flotation process. The actual situation of canceling middling regrinding process in some concentrators at present and the measures to deal with overflow foam of concentrator in some concentrators are described.
