摘　　要：回转窑支承机构由轮带、托轮组、挡轮组等构成,承载了回转窑内所有转动部件的全部重量,它的安装正确、工作可靠是保证圆筒长时间安全、稳定的关键。在长时间运行中,轮带、托轮组、挡轮组等部件的磨损,会使原安全尺寸发生变化从而产生摩擦,使滚筒产生变形并且温度升高,相应地发生变形,使耐火材料的脱落。某公司3号回转窑二档轮带出现相应的节段变形及耐火砖脱落事故,我公司进行了维修。本文简要地分析了二档轮带对应的窑筒节段中出现的问题,并对其进行了重点介绍,并对其质量保障措施进行了分析。The supporting mechanism of rotary kiln is composed of wheel belt, supporting wheel group, retaining wheel group, etc., which carries all the weight of all rotating parts in the rotary kiln. Its correct installation and reliable operation are the key to ensure the safety and stability of the cylinder for a long time. In long-term operation, the wear of the wheel belt,supporting wheel group, retaining wheel group and other components will change the original safety size, resulting in friction,deformation of the drum and temperature rise, corresponding deformation and falling off of the refractory. The second gear tire of No. 3 rotary kiln of a company had corresponding segment deformation and refractory brick falling off, which was repaired by our company. This paper briefly analyzes the problems in the kiln barrel section corresponding to the second gear wheel belt, focuses on it, and analyzes its quality assurance measures.
