摘　　要：某选矿厂尾矿库为山谷型尾矿库,采用上游式筑坝方式,针对制约尾矿库安全生产的相关问题,该选矿厂进行了超细粒尾矿堆存技术、磨前湿式预选、尾矿回收等工艺的研究与应用,优化了尾矿粒度组成和性质、减少了尾矿排放量,延长尾矿库服务年限;同时采用尾矿在线监测系统来提高尾矿库的安全性能。通过上述技术手段的研究与应用,尾矿系统管控水平不断提升,确保了尾矿库的安全生产。The tailings pond of a concentrator is a valley type tailings pond, which adopts the upstream damming method.In view of the relevant problems restricting the safety production of the tailings pond, the concentrator has carried out the research and application of ultra-fine tailings stacking technology, wet pre concentration before grinding, tailings recovery and other processes, optimized the particle size composition and properties of tailings, reduced tailings discharge, and extended the service life of the tailings pond;At the same time, the tailings online monitoring system is used to improve the safety performance of tailings pond. Through the research and application of the above technical means, the management and control level of tailings system has been continuously improved to ensure the safe production of tailings pond.
