300名更年期妇女生殖健康知识知晓情况及避孕行为现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解区域内更年期妇女生殖健康知识知晓情况及避孕现状,为开展社区更年期妇女生殖健康教育提供依据。方法利用自行设计的结构式更年期妇女生殖健康问卷,采取半随机抽样,于2019年9月对上海市奉贤区40~60岁女性常住居民开展调查,内容包括社会经济学特征、健康状况、生殖健康知识的认知、性生活及避孕情况等。结果共发放问卷310份,回收问卷300份。研究对象的平均年龄为(51.51±5.65)岁。更年期对象对生殖健康知识总体得分偏低,尤其是避孕知识缺乏。问卷满分6分,平均分为(3.24±1.43)。月经不规则的未避孕率达33.3%。年龄、文化程度、丈夫文化程度、职业状态、收入水平、婚姻状态与更年期妇女健康知识得分均有关联(P<0.05)。结论更年期妇女生殖健康与避孕知识不足,应当加强相关知识的宣传和普及。Objective To understand current reproductive health knowledge and contraceptive status of menopausal women, providing evidence for developing community-based health education.Methods Using a self-designed structured menopausal women’s reproductive health questionnaire and semi-random sampling, a survey was conducted in September 2019 among female permanent residents aged 40~60 in Fengxian District,Shanghai,including socioeconomic characteristics, health status, cognition of reproductive health knowledge, sexual life and contraception.Results A total of 310 questionnaires were sent out, and 300 valid were received.The mean age of participants was(51.51±5.65)years old.Reproductive health knowledge of participants was scored low overall, especially contraceptive knowledge.The maximum score of the questionnaire was 6,with an average score of(3.24±1.43)points.The non-contraceptive rate of women who were at perimenopausal period was 33.3%.Age, education level, husband’s education level, occupation, income and marital status were associated with menopausal women’s health knowledge scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Menopausal women have insufficient knowledge of reproductive health and contraception, and the dissemination and popularization of relevant knowledge should be strengthened.
