摘　　要：脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)和氨基末端脑钠肽前体(amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)是主要的利钠肽家族成员。BNP具有利尿利钠、降低交感神经系统活性、扩张血管、改善心脏病理性重塑等作用。血浆BNP/NT-proBNP水平已广泛应用于心力衰竭的诊断、病情严重程度评估、预后预测和治疗指导。近年来,BNP/NT-proBNP在心房颤动、射频消融及电复律后心房颤动复发、婴儿及儿童先天性心脏病等的诊断和预后判断、术后并发症预测以及药物开发等方面的应用成为研究热点。本文就BNP/NT-proBNP的临床应用及其研究进展做一综述。Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were the main members of the natriuretic peptide family.BNP has the effects of diuretic sodium,reducing sympathetic nervous system activity,dilating blood vessels,and improving the pathological remodeling of heart.Plasma BNP/NT-proBNP levels have been widely used in the diagnosis,severity assessment,prognosis prediction and treatment guidance of heart failure.In recent years,BNP/NT-proBNP has become a research hotspot in the diagnosis and and prognosis judgment of atrial fibrillation,recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation and cardioversion and congenital heart disease in infants and children,prediction of postoperative complications,and drug development.This article reviews the latest advances in clinical application and research progress on BNP/NT-proBNP.
