摘　　要：目前,我国的城镇化速度仍在不断加快,住宅工程的需求量不断增多,在住宅工程蓬勃发展的时间长河里,一些建筑施工质量问题始终得不到根治,其中最常见、最严重的就是渗水问题.渗水问题的出现将会引起建筑空间潮湿、墙体发霉、电路损坏等问题,严重时还会对建筑物的正常使用造成威胁,还有可能对人体健康造成不良影响.因此,建筑工程各参与方应积极探索工程渗漏问题的应对措施,保证防水施工质量,确保建筑物的正常、有效使用.At present,the urbanization speed in China is still accelerating,the demand for residential projects is increasing,and in the long period of vigorous development of residential projects,some building construction quality problems have never been solved,among which the most common and serious problem is water seepage.The emergence of water seepage problems will cause problems such as building space moisture,moldy walls,circuit damage,etc.,and in serious cases,it will also pose a threat to the normal use of the building,and may also cause adverse effects on human health.Therefore,all parties participating in the construction project should actively explore measures to deal with the leakage problem of the project,ensure the quality of waterproof construction,and ensure the normal and effective use of the building.
