摘　　要：本文通过某山区县基础控制网的方案设计、水准联测和GNSS测量的施测和精度分析,实现了全县辖区范围内高精度空间三维控制网的全覆盖,为同类型的测绘基础控制网的建设积累经验.Through the basic control networkscheme design,level joint measurement and GNSS measurement and accuracy analysis in a mountainous county,the full coverage of the high-precision spatial three-dimensional control network is realizedwithin the jurisdiction of the whole county,which accumulates experience for the construction of the same type of basic control network for surveying and mapping.
