摘　　要：目的分析2021年江苏省0~6岁儿童吸附无细胞百白破、灭活脊髓灰质炎和b型流感嗜血杆菌(结合)联合疫苗(DTaP-IPV/Hib五联疫苗,以下简称五联疫苗)接种率。方法通过江苏省预防接种综合服务管理信息系统管理儿童建立2015—2021年出生队列,计算各年度出生队列五联疫苗接种率。结果截至2021年底,江苏省0~6岁儿童出生队列五联疫苗1~4剂累计分别接种47.39、44.19、40.27和21.71万剂,累计接种率分别为7.65%、7.14%、6.50%和3.51%。苏南地区五联疫苗接种率高于其他地区,常住儿童接种率高于流动儿童,但地区间分布不平衡。结论2021年江苏省0~6岁儿童出生队列五联疫苗接种率呈上升趋势,需通过健康宣教和扩大供应等方式进一步提升全程接种率。Objective To analyze the coverage rate of of the acellular pertussis,diphtheria,tetanus,inactivated poliomyelitis,Haemophilus influenza type b conjugate vaccine(DTaP-IPV/Hib combined vaccine)among children aged 0-6 years in Jiangsu,2021.Methods The vaccination information of children in the birth cohort from 2015 to 2021 were collected by Jiangsu Province Vaccination Integrated Service Management Information System,and the birth cohort coverage rates of the DTaP-IPV/Hib combined vaccine were calculated.Results By 2021,a total of 473.9,441.9,402.7 and 217.1 thousand of DTaP-IPV/Hib combined vaccine were inoculated from 1 to 4 doses,and the cumulative coverage rates were 7.65%,7.14%,6.50%and 3.51%respectively.The coverage rate in southern Jiangsu was higher than that in other regions,and the coverage rate of resident children was higher than that of migrant children.However,the distribution among regions was unbalanced.Conclusion The coverage rate of DTaP-IPV/Hib combined vaccine of the birth cohort in Jiangsu among children aged 0-6 years shows an increaing trend.The whole process coverage rate needs to be improved through health education and expanding supply.
