摘　　要：在国民经济发展的过程中,我国的科技水平有了很大的提高.特别是网络通信技术的全面发展,对人们的生活、工作和学习产生了巨大的影响,并逐渐成为国民生活不可分割的一部分,同时也提高了国有单位建设发展水平.本文阐述了网络通信项目管理的关键要素及其标准化分析,并分析了网络通信项目管理目前的状况,以及为提高网络通信项目的管理、质量和标准化水平要采取的措施,目的是确保网络通信的发展,更好地满足国有单位发展的需要.In the process of national economic development,China’s scientific and technological level has been greatly improved.In particular,the comprehensive development of network communication technology has produced huge impact on people’s life,work and study,and has gradually become an inseparable part of national life,and has also improved the level of construction and development of state-owned units.This paper expounds the key elements of network communication project management and its standardization analysis,and analyzes the current status of network communication project management,as well as the measures to be taken to improve the management,quality and standardization level of network communication projects,so as to ensure the development of network communication and better meet the needs of the development of stateowned units.
