摘 要:随着科技的进步和社会的发展,大数据在各个行业都得到了广泛的应用,在当今社会,大数据的存在给很多行业都带来了极大的便利.企业管理者一定要对传统的劳动工资统计形式进行改革,并加以创新,利用大数据理论为劳动工资统计提供新的思路和方向,并且,管理者一定要确保数据的真实有效性,只有这样才能为我国经济规划和制定有关政策提供相应的依据,让劳动工资反映出社会发展的现状.因此,本文将就如何运用大数据推动劳动工资统计创新发展展开探讨[1].With the advancement of science and technology and the development of society,big data has been widely used in various industries,and in the current society,the existence of big data has brought great convenience to many industries.Enterprise managers must reform and innovate the traditional form of labor wage statistics,use big data theory to provide new ideas and directions for labor wage statistics,and managers must ensure the accuracy and validity of data,only in this way,corresponding basis can be provided for China’s economic planning and formulation of relevant policies,so that labor wages reflect the current situation of social development.Therefore,this paper will discuss how to use big data to promote the innovative development of labor wage statistics[1].
